Control
After treating an ingrown toenail, an important step is regular examination and monitoring of the condition of the nail plate and periungual ridges in order to timely identify possible complications.
Relapse Prevention
To prevent recurrent complications and restore normal growth of the nail plate, comprehensive relapse prevention is carried out: installation of corrective systems, instructions on taping the periungual ridges to maintain the correct anatomical shape, recommendations on proper nail trimming, selection of shoes and personal hygiene.
Timely professional treatment avoids surgical intervention and promotes painless recovery and growth of the nail plate. And an integrated approach helps to minimize the risk of relapse and ensures long-term results.

Orthonyxia

This is a method for correcting the deformation of the nail plate, which is also used for ingrown nails (onychocryptosis) and other pathological changes in its shape.

Orthonyxia
Corrective system UniBrace
This is an innovative method for correcting deformations and ingrowth of the nail plate, hypertrophy of the nail folds associated with changes in the shape of the nail. The UniBrace system is a custom-made elastic brace that is fixed to the surface of the nail plate without the need for invasive intervention. Due to its high biocompatibility and lack of trauma, UniBrace is a safe and effective alternative to surgical treatments. The system is suitable for clients of all ages, including people with diabetic feet.
Corrective system Titanium thread
This is an innovative orthonyxia method designed for painless correction of nail plate deformities, including ingrown nails (onychocryptosis). The Titanium Thread system is an atraumatic alternative to surgical treatment methods and does not require anesthesia or hospitalization. This method provides effective correction of the nail shape, reduces pain, and restores the natural shape of the nail.
Reconstruction of the nail plate using the Arkada's Cube method
This is an innovative podiatric technique aimed at restoring the shape and structure of the nail when it is deformed, ingrown (onychocryptosis), traumatic damage or partial removal. The Arkada's Cube method is based on the use of a special material that is applied to the nail plate and modeled using a unique fixative - Arkada's Cube. It is actively used in podiatry and is an effective alternative to surgical methods for correcting ingrown and deformed nails.
Reconstruction of the nail plate using an acrylic inlay
This is a technology in the field of orthonyxia, used to restore the shape and structure of the nail when it is deformed, replenishing a defect or damage. An acrylic inlay is an artificial plate made of acrylic material, which is modeled directly on the nail. The tab is fixed on the nail plate, correcting its shape, filling the defect if it exists, strengthening unstable areas, partially fixing the ridges, protecting the nail bed from pressure and preventing further ingrowth.
The orthonyxia technique is prescribed by a specialist, taking into account the anatomical features of the nail plate, the degree of deformation and related factors. The recovery process is individual and requires regular monitoring and correction every 4-6 weeks.
